Google “Talking Shoe”

The brief from Google was equal parts simple and ambitious: to inspire advertisers and marketers to rethink the possibilities of storytelling for the modern web. The result: Art, Copy and Code, a series of experiments and to re-imagine advertising.

The Talking Shoe is a web-connected object with an attitude that goes where you go and motivates you every step of the way.

To introduce the project, we created a sixty-second film – but instead of filming and editing it, we built it out of code. The result is a dynamic film that’s context-aware and different every time it’s viewed.
